A documentary on the conflict that occurred between a grassroots community secretary and small vendors who needed to resume business during the lockdown policy in Wuhan during the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. In December 2022, the lockdown policy in Mainland China was completely lifted, and overnight, all prevention and control measures disappeared. As a result, I re-edited the footage I shot that year.
